Job Title: Portfolio Analyst
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days in the office)
Salary Range: Competitive
Reporting to: Head of Change
Type: Fixed Term – 9 Months (Flexible working options considered)

Overview:

An exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced change function on a fixed-term basis. This role will take ownership of a newly established portfolio of change initiatives, supporting governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. It's an ideal fit for someone looking to shape portfolio processes, contribute to business transformation, and operate at the heart of strategic change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a structured portfolio of inflight and pipeline change initiatives
  • Own and facilitate monthly portfolio governance meetings, including materials, notes, and actions
  • Develop and improve processes to ensure effective portfolio operations and delivery standards
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to promote portfolio visibility and alignment
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders navigating change frameworks
  • Maintain accurate portfolio data through liaison with project managers
  • Support ad-hoc activities within the broader change team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of project delivery and change management methodologies
  • Effective planning, organisation, and control skills
  • Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience within a project or change-focused environment
  • Customer-focused mindset and collaborative approach

Desirable but Not Essential:

  • Experience within the London Market or broader insurance sector
  • Exposure to portfolio management tools and reporting frameworks
