Job Title: Portfolio Analyst

An exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced change function on a fixed-term basis. This role will take ownership of a newly established portfolio of change initiatives, supporting governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a structured portfolio of inflight and pipeline change initiatives
- Own and facilitate monthly portfolio governance meetings, including materials, notes, and actions
- Develop and improve processes to ensure effective portfolio operations and delivery standards
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders to promote portfolio visibility and alignment
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders navigating change frameworks
- Maintain accurate portfolio data through liaison with project managers
- Support ad-hoc activities within the broader change team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of project delivery and change management methodologies
- Effective planning, organisation, and control skills
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience within a project or change-focused environment
- Customer-focused mindset and collaborative approach
Desirable but Not Essential:
- Experience within the London Market or broader insurance sector
- Exposure to portfolio management tools and reporting frameworks
