Job Summary:
The role, reporting to the International Operations Manager and part of the Operations Leadership team, oversees Aggregation processes across Marine, Energy, Political Violence, and Terrorism. Key responsibilities include leading a team to ensure accurate data entry into Exact Advantage, delivering timely reporting, managing workflow, coaching team members, ensuring adherence to procedures, and supporting process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Aggregation Data Team for accurate and timely data entry.
Ensure timely reporting and submissions to regulatory bodies.
Supervise workflow, prioritize tasks, and monitor quality checks.
Coach team for accuracy and service excellence.
Act on exceptions and maintain standard operating procedures.
Liaise with support teams and manage daily queries.
Collaborate with CAT modeling team for data accuracy.
Compile regular reports and support improvement initiatives.
Coordinate recruitment and conduct performance reviews.
Represent the team at broader business forums.

Experience leading operational teams in insurance.
Previous work with Marine or Political Violence and Terrorism.
Familiarity with Market Reform Contracts and Aggregations.
Knowledge of Exact Advantage is advantageous.
