A two year programme, starting September 2022, that is aimed at recent graduates who have an interest developing a career in Finance. 

No previous work experience in the Insurance sector or a particular degree discipline/level required.

What is required of you to succeed is: 

  • Curiosity of the Insurance sector, how it works and how you can make a difference

  • A logical, methodical approach to understand the vital elements of risk

  • Good communication and personal skills – we work as a team where the ‘HOW’ is just as important as the ‘WHAT’ we do.

  • Analytical skills and the ability to prioritise competing activities effectively

  • Comfortable to challenge the status quo

  • You want to work in an exciting, fast-growing, and niche Insurance company based in the City of London

What the Early Career Programme at Fidelis will offer you:

 Exposure to multiple areas of your chosen area of Insurance an insight to

  • You will experience a number of rotations that will give you an insight to a broad range of activities areas of the business

  • Sponsorship support to gain a professional qualifications (ACCA)

  • A programme of structured training – starting at Induction and continuing throughout the programme

  • Career development support - You will be assigned a mentor and a member of the senior management who oversee your rotation/career development programme
