Job Summary: Our client is seeking an individual to lead and cultivate key broker relationships for Our Client Global Specialty, International. Working closely with the Global Specialty International Head of Distribution, the role aims to achieve strategic objectives across all business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide market insight and broker intelligence to support decision-making.
  • Drive business planning and manage account performance with key brokers.
  • Facilitate engagement between executive levels and key broker stakeholders.
  • Identify and introduce business opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders for successful execution.
  • Lead business development across all lines of business with a dedicated broker panel.
  • Monitor and manage broker performance aligned with Our Client strategy.
  • Support negotiation of Strategic Partnership Agreements and Facilities.
  • Promote and represent Our Client in external engagements.
  • Assist Underwriters with strategic selling techniques to enhance Our Client's brand.
  • Contribute to key growth initiatives and projects, including new business lines and Digital Trading.
