About the role
As an HR intern, what will you be doing?
Our Summer Internship programme will give you the opportunity to get involved with a range of different activities and projects across the HR team. While no two days look the same, some typical activities will include:
HR Business Partnering
- General HR administration including onboarding new hires, management of the HR inbox and payroll
- Supporting HR Advisers and HR Business Partner on adhoc queries
- Assist in the delivery of HR inductions to our new joiners
- Assist in organising learning events and onboarding events
- Assist in development of our internal intranet page and video-based learning tool
- Provide administrative support to the Talent and Learning team
- Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices
- Provide administrative support to the Reward team
- Conduct research on Reward trends, tools, and best practices
- Support talent acquisition activities including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
