About the role 
As an HR intern, what will you be doing?

Our Summer Internship programme will give you the opportunity to get involved with a range of different activities and projects across the HR team. While no two days look the same, some typical activities will include:

HR Business Partnering
  • General HR administration including onboarding new hires, management of the HR inbox and payroll
  • Supporting HR Advisers and HR Business Partner on adhoc queries 
  • Assist in the delivery of HR inductions to our new joiners 
Talent & Learning
  • Assist in organising learning events and onboarding events
  • Assist in development of our internal intranet page and video-based learning tool
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent and Learning team
  • Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices
Reward
  • Provide administrative support to the Reward team
  • Conduct research on Reward trends, tools, and best practices
Talent Acquisition
  • Support talent acquisition activities including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
