Title: Senior Distribution Executive - 12 month FTC 
Location: London/ Hybrid 
Salary: £120,000 per annum 

About the role  
  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with business partners (internal/ external)
  • Develop and manage the day-to-day distribution plans for agreed business partners ensuring all deliverables are meet.
  • Utilise Data and Analytics to help deliver set of agreed structured services with our brokers
  • Analyse and present performance for agreed partners with full recommendations to drive profitable growth aligned to the Business plan.
Role responsibilities:
This role includes responsibility for:
  • Work with Group Head of Distribution to develop bespoke account plans, goals for agree business partners.
  • Manage day to day coordination with Underwriting teams and partners to ensure deliverables are met or alternative plans put in pace.
  • Identify opportunities with brokers that align to the business plan for approval and implementation.
  • Manage facility tenders for agreed clients and project manage all relevant stakeholders across the business to ensure the most compelling business case is developed for approval by Group Head of Distribution / Underwriting leads.
  • Work closely with the underwriting teams to maximise opportunities.
  • Develop strategic / ad hoc analysis / reports with full recommendations for approval.
  • Production of key broker performance reports for Group Head of Distribution and executive engagement.
  • To work closely with underwriting teams to build, track and follow up pipeline opportunities.
Technical Requirements:
  • Ability to schedule and prioritise work to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multi area strategic projects
  • Produce accurate Analytics and report
  • Knowledge of underwriting systems to allow for flexible approach to reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • Ability to build strong multi-level relationships
