About the role
As a Claims Intern, you'll be right at the heart of the action, learning how claims are managed from start to finish. From estimating reserves to tracking outcomes and ensuring regulatory-compliant, high-quality service, you’ll gain real-world insight into how claims decisions are made and delivered.
You’ll work closely with experienced claims specialists, underwriters, and client partners, while also collaborating with our Optimisation Team and global delivery teams to understand the power of data and the systems that support great claims service.
This is a unique opportunity to explore different parts of the business, build your network with brokers and service providers, and grow your confidence in a fast-paced environment.

As an intern, what will you be doing?
- Learning the fundamentals of the insurance industry
