The Actuarial & Analytics Graduate Programme is now open for applications! We have an opportunity two Graduates to join our Actuarial & Analytics department on the Actuarial & Analytics 2023 Graduate programme.
This scheme includes:
- Key department rotations.
- You will become familiar with the commercial side of our business as we believe every technical expert also needs to have strong business acumen to be truly successful.
- Work closely with TMK’s experienced data engineers and software engineers and will have the opportunity to develop your own capabilities in these key fields.
- You will build a network across the company as it is imperative that we collaborate with colleagues in other teams to meet our business goals.
- You will be expected to start your own professional development journey, e.g., FIA qualification / Data Science qualification, for which support will be provided.
What we look for:
- A university graduate with a quantitative or computational degree (ideally at a 2.1 grade or above) that is ready to join an ambitious, forward-looking team to use data and analytics to drive the success and development of our business.
- Someone that is a fast learner, a self-starter, curious, analytical and determined
- Someone that is passionate, rigorous, and able to question their own ideas
- Someone that is enthusiastic about innovating, is comfortable working with ambiguity and can drive their own projects
- Someone that can communicate effectively with experts from different backgrounds and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Someone that loves problem solving
