  • Support ongoing development of the operating model in partnership with senior operational leadership.

Data Quality, Governance & Technical Enablement

  • Oversee the receipt, validation and governance of underwriting, premium and policy administration data across platforms.

  • Implement tools and processes to monitor data quality, identify issues and drive remediation activity.

  • Ensure data is structured for downstream use across portfolio management, actuarial pricing, exposure management and compliance.

  • Coordinate across outsourced providers, internal systems and technology vendors to strengthen data delivery and automation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Insight

  • Partner closely with operational and compliance leadership to ensure data supports regulatory oversight and reporting.

  • Collaborate with international operational stakeholders to ensure consistent standards and controls across geographies.

  • Support portfolio, actuarial and finance teams by enabling data for:

    • Third-party capital and performance reporting

    • Financial reporting, credit control and analysis

    • Underwriting insight and portfolio optimisation

Customer Outcomes & Regulatory Support

  • Provide data to support customer journey monitoring, conduct risk oversight and fair customer outcomes reporting.

  • Ensure operational data supports regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions and delegated authority environments.

  • Embed data-driven management information and controls aligned to market regulatory expectations.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide subject matter leadership across operational data processes and outsourced delivery.

  • Support budget oversight for outsourced operational and data services within scope.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability and insight as the business grows.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to improve processes and implement scalable solutions.

  • Confident communicator able to engage effectively with stakeholders up to C-suite and board level.

  • Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Experience within Lloyd’s market and/or MGA operating structures.

  • Line management experience within technical operations teams.

  • Exposure to implementing technology solutions to drive automation and operational efficiency.
