Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission
Location: Hybrid (Office located in the iconic Lloyd’s building in the City of London)
About the role
You will work on a broad range of insurance roles across broking, underwriting, operations and more. This is a delivery led (180 role with clear progression into client ownership (270). You will manage the full candidate lifecycle while increasingly contributing to account management and business development as your market knowledge and credibility grow.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Candidate Delivery
- Source, screen, and qualify insurance professionals for live vacancies across multiple functions and levels.
- Manage candidate journeys from first outreach to offer, onboarding, and aftercare.
- Build and maintain an engaged talent pipeline that spans different areas of the market.
- Keep accurate data and activity records on our Bullhorn ATS.
- Support client-facing consultants with interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiations.
- Join client meetings, pipeline reviews, and market events to start building relationships.
- Develop credibility with hiring managers and HR contacts by providing quality candidate delivery.
- Partner with senior consultants to prioritise roles and shape delivery strategies.
- Help refine internal processes and data hygiene across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to boost candidate attraction campaigns and branding.
Required Skills & Knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- 6–18 months’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally within financial or professional services.
- Confident delivering end-to-end recruitment processes and managing multiple roles at once.
- Organised, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to different role types and stakeholder needs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Energised by working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Passionate about improving inclusion, representation, and social mobility in the corporate world.
- Experience with Bullhorn or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Exposure to insurance or financial services recruitment is a plus, but not essential.
