  • Serve as a liaison between business functions and technology teams to ensure end-to-end delivery excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in programme and portfolio management, with a strong track record of delivering business and integration change within the insurance industry.
  • Proven success leading large, multi-disciplinary programmes across operations, technology, and finance.
  • Deep understanding of M&A integration and post-deal transition processes.
  • Expertise in defining and managing Target Operating Models (TOMs) and transformation governance.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Desirable but Not Essential:

  • Prior experience in the London Market or specialty insurance.
  • Broad operations or finance background with understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks.
  • Experience developing and embedding integration playbooks or repeatable delivery frameworks.
