Location: London/ Hybrid
Salary: £65,000 per annum
About the role
- Have day to day responsibility for the management and maintenance of the newly established Specialty portfolio of change (includes inflight and pipeline)
- Facilitates Portfolio governance and owns the monthly governance meetings (2), including meeting materials and write up / action recording
- Work closely with the Head of Change on evolving and continuously improving practices relating to the operation of the portfolio
What you will do:
- Own the design and execution of processes and protocols to drive the smooth running of the portfolio
- Work closely with cross functional stakeholders to promote the mission of the portfolio, troubleshooting any issues as they arise and driving standards and behaviours
- Support customers in navigating our framework, focusing on excellent customer service
- From time to time will support other colleagues of the Change Team on ad-hoc tasks and activities
- Own the portfolio action log and keeps regular focus to ensure the business of the portfolio is completed
- Own data capture through close liaison with PMs, reporting of the portfolio
