You’ll administer and oversee third-party delegated arrangements, ensure compliance with market and internal frameworks, and provide insightful MI to underwriting and control functions. Ideal for a detail-driven DA specialist seeking breadth across coverholders, lineslips, consortia and DCAs in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer new and renewal coverholder applications in line with DA procedures and market requirements.

  • Manage bordereaux and EPI monitoring; resolve data and processing queries promptly.

  • Support due diligence, approval and ongoing monitoring of coverholders, service companies, lineslips, consortia and DCAs.

  • Produce performance reporting and KPIs; discuss insights with underwriting teams.

  • Coordinate audit planning and follow-up activity for DA counterparts.

  • Administer review processes for lineslips, consortia and master policies.

  • Assist with regulatory/Lloyd’s returns and embed actions from thematic reviews.

  • Build strong working relationships across underwriting and central functions; attend relevant market forums as required.

  • Provide administrative support for internal/external audits and ad hoc DA projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • ~2+ years’ experience in a Delegated Authority administrative role within insurance, ideally Lloyd’s/London market.

  • Strong attention to detail, due diligence and investigative skills.

  • Confident communicator with excellent organisation, time management and stakeholder skills.

  • Advanced Excel and sound understanding of DA frameworks and governance.

  • Familiarity with third-party Lloyd’s systems (e.g., DCOM, DAM, Lineage, Atlas, Crystal, DDM, LWR).

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Experience preparing MI/insights for underwriting teams.

  • Exposure to audit coordination and regulatory reporting.

  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm to develop a DA career.
