  • Advise stakeholders on communications best practice and support them in shaping clear, effective messaging.
  • Support PR activity, including coordinating interviews and speaking opportunities, preparing speakers, and developing key messages and briefing materials.
  • Create simple visuals/graphics where required and publish content across internal and external channels (e.g., intranet, website, and social media).
  • Contribute to wider marketing campaigns, collaborating with colleagues to identify opportunities for integrated internal/external promotion.

  • Maintain awareness of and comply with relevant conduct standards and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience producing high-quality communications content across multiple formats and channels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and an ability to tailor tone for different audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and advise with confidence.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging materials.
  • Experience using content management systems and publishing to digital channels.
  • Experience measuring communications activity and producing clear reporting and insights.
  • A proactive, creative approach with a track record of delivering impactful communications.
Desirable but Not Essential:
  • Degree or professional qualification in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Experience within insurance and/or the London market.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign.
About the Company:

A well-established organisation in the insurance market with a strong reputation for technical expertise and a professional, collaborative culture. The business is investing in its brand, communications, and marketing capability to support strategic growth and ensure consistent engagement with internal and external audiences.
