Overview
This role provides essential support across the end-to-end broking process, proactively assisting with the day-to-day management of client risks and (re)insurance programmes. The position offers exposure to a fast-paced, regulated environment and supports the effective delivery of high-quality client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to specialty broking teams, with the flexibility to work across different lines of business as required.
Support the wider team in developing and maintaining client relationships by ensuring administrative requirements are handled in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
Assist client-facing executives with quality control of slips and endorsements, and help resolve processing-related queries.
Monitor, manage and seek agreement of slips and endorsements via the London Market electronic placing platform and approved internal systems.
Build strong working relationships with colleagues across multiple specialties and internal functions.
Support ad-hoc projects and undertake additional duties as required.
Act in line with organisational values and behavioural expectations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks and operational standards.
