JOB PURPOSE 
This role is fundamental in supporting the wider Carrier Management Team (CMT) across both Retail and Specialty divisions. 
The role will involve supporting the business in all aspects of service delivery for our Insurer Partners, and internal stakeholders, including: business planning, delivery of agreed service commitments, support, production and presentation of Management Information associated with ISA contracts, insurer partner accounts, invoicing and governance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DELIVERABLES
• Support Carrier Manager or Carrier Management Director with tender process for any new or renewing Facility and renewal of Portfolio contracts.
• Collect partner insurer revenue data in accordance with contract terms to ensure timely reconciliation in conjunction with Gallagher Finance Partner enabling prompt invoicing and collection of fees.
• Schedule and attend meetings with Partner insurers to deliver and monitor service delivery against ISA contracts.  Record minutes using standard templates and distribute to all parties.
• Update and monitor SharePoint sites to track service delivery.
• Update briefing documents and provide to Carrier Managers or Carrier Management Directors as required.
• Utilisation, analysis and presentation of data for insurer partners and internal stakeholders
• Distribute quarterly packs to Partner Insurers, responding on any queries.
• Preparing and issuing meeting agendas and information packs as required for meetings.
• Other ad hoc requirements as may be required by MMT from time to time.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications
• Working towards ACII or equivalent qualification.?
Technical Knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS – specifically Excel and Powerpoint. Power BI would be advantageous
• Gallagher Management Information reporting tools as they relate to CMT.
Skills/other
• An understanding of all aspects of CMT roles, responsibilities, and functions.
• An understanding of the Professional Standards Manual and how various policies and procedures apply to CMT.
• An understanding of ISA Risk & Control Framework and supporting policies.
• An understanding of Legal and Compliance framework as applicable to activities of CMT.
• Ability to successfully communicate with representatives of Insurance Companies.
• Ability to foster and nurture strong relationships both internally and externally, developing a network.
• Ability to successfully prepare and deliver oral presentations internally.
• Ability to effectively organise and prioritise workload to ensure that agreed deadlines are met.
