Overview
Own the strategy and delivery of process and digital transformation across a complex, multi-country enterprise. This role partners with senior leaders to diagnose inefficiencies, design target workflows, and implement pragmatic, automation-ready solutionsdriving measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, cost, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute change plans and roadmaps from current to target state for growth and transformation initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional delivery to time, quality, and budget; ensure alignment with regulatory and market requirements.
- Establish program standards, governance, and reporting; track benefits realisation and manage risks/dependencies.
- Design and implement new processes/workflows and enabling technologies to improve underwriting/operations decisioning.
- Collaborate with Technology and product owners to build solutions; maintain product vision, backlog, and roadmaps.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement; contribute to best-practice playbooks and internal training.
What We're Looking For
- Proven program leadership within large, matrixed organisations (multi-country).
- Strong stakeholder management; able to influence senior leaders and build consensus.
- Process-first, analytical problem-solver with excellent planning and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience delivering automation/digital change with clear top/bottom-line impact.
- Excellent communication skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable but Not Essential
- Knowledge of automation and digital tech (e.g., BPM, RPA, chatbots, ML/AI).
- Consulting or business/process engineering background in financial services/insurance.
- Additional European languages (French, German, Dutch, Spanish).
