This role provides essential support to the underwriting team responsible for managing a global commercial property portfolio. The successful candidate will assist in achieving business objectives by maintaining accurate data, producing reports, and supporting underwriters in delivering high-quality and profitable results.
- Enter underwriting risk data into the underwriting system, including setting up new risks, amending details, and completing entries.
- Input aggregate data into monitoring systems to ensure accurate exposure tracking.
- Upload, attach, and organise documents within the document management system.
- Maintain and update underwriting files, including following up on missing documentation.
- Monitor system reports for incomplete risks and error items, correcting issues and liaising with underwriters or brokers as needed.
- Perform compliance checks on all risks to ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
- Produce various reports and analyses as requested by underwriters or management.
