Marsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS) is a dynamic client-centric practice within Marsh UK that places and manages a range of innovative portfolio placement solutions on behalf of Marsh Specialty Practices.  MPS comprises of 120 dedicated professionals who provide a range of intermediary services to insurer clients including sophisticated management information and innovative placement structures.

What can you expect?
 
  • To produce of evidence of the delivery of Placement Plus services to insurers for the facilities and panels.
  • To ensure service of Portfolio Solutions facility insurers is clearly understood and measured.
  • To identify opportunities to enhance client value with the provision of solutions for the Marsh UK Practices

We will rely on you to:
Building Quality Relationships
  • Provide support and information for the Marsh offices on insurer relationships and offerings
  • Develop quality relationships with facility insurers, UK Market Division and Marsh colleagues

Facility System Support
  • To have a workable knowledge of how ET2 works at the Marsh side.
  • To be fully aware of how ET2 works at the Insurer side.
  • To work with the Product Manager to advise on ET2 product development for both new and existing facility and panel products.
  • To manage and deliver ET2 insurer administrative tasks, queries and support.

Provide Technical Support
  • To be fully aware of the features and benefits of Portfolio Solutions facilities and provide assistance/guidance to the Marsh offices.

Liaison with Insurers
  • Capture feedback from insurers with regards to the facility and panel products.
  • Analyse, share and develop action plans to address identified issues.
  • In conjunction with the Product Manager discuss performance against KPI’s and service management with insurers.
  • On ET2 system support from the Insurer side.

Liaison with Marsh Offices & Placement Leaders
  • Capture feedback from clients and Marsh colleagues with regards to the facility and panel products.
  • Analyse, share and develop action plans to address identified issues.
  • Manage and monitor up-coming non-facility placements with the business.

Facility Administration
  • Produce and provide pipeline management information to all facility insurers and regional placement leaders.
  • Produce effective service MI for Portfolio Solutions Insurers with appropriate comment/explanation (e.g. trading decisions, feedback, regional analysis, KPIs, non-competitive reports, complaints, claims etc.)
  • Draft insurer reports, for review with Product Manager, as required (monthly, quarterly, renewal reports, meeting notes etc.) to evidence delivery of services to the insurers.
  • Take an active involvement in ensuring the smooth transition where facilities are moving insurers & manage the implementation plan.
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance & positioning of marketing information and communications for the panels and facilities (including insurer material, Portfolio Solutions material, intranet, chatter, connections, newsletters etc.).

Identify Facilities Opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for expanding Portfolio Solutions offerings & work with the relevant stakeholders to deliver where possible.
