A two year programme, starting September 2022, that is aimed at recent graduates who have an interest developing a career in Underwriting.
No previous work experience in the Insurance sector or a particular degree discipline/level required.
What is required of you to succeed is:
Curiosity of the Insurance sector, how it works and how you can make a difference
A logical, methodical approach to understand the vital elements of risk
Good communication and personal skills – we work as a team where the ‘HOW’ is just as important as the ‘WHAT’ we do.
Analytical skills and the ability to prioritise competing activities effectively
Comfortable to challenge the status quo
You want to work in an exciting, fast-growing, and niche Insurance company based in the City of London
