We are looking for an excellent communicator who is adaptable and diligent. You should have some experience in the claims environment and be familiar with ECF. You will be working in a diverse and dynamic team and have responsibility for your own accounts.
Familiarity with premium, accounts processing and the IMR would be helpful, but not essential. You can expect to be involved in:
- Processing and monitoring claims from first advice through to settlement
- Liaising with the Insurance accounts department to ensure prompt payment of claims
- Dealing with market, client and internal queries in a timely manner
- Liaising with brokers on any major claim activity
