Overview
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within a Risk Management function while developing a strong understanding of the insurance industry and the wider risk landscape. Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery and maintenance of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), ensuring consistency and accuracy across the organisation.
Assist in the investigation of incidents and loss events, helping to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
Engage with stakeholders across different business areas to gain insight into operational and strategic risks.
Contribute to reviews of specific risk areas, helping to identify trends, assess controls, and support risk mitigation activities.
Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Promote a positive risk culture by supporting awareness and understanding of risk management practices.
Conduct research on industry developments, emerging risks, and market trends.
Support business improvement projects and day-to-day operational activities.
Analyse data and reports to identify issues, support decision-making, and recommend solutions.
