Overview
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across multiple areas of Human Resources within a dynamic and professional business environment. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals, supporting a variety of people-focused activities and projects while developing a strong understanding of how HR contributes to organisational success.
The programme offers hands-on experience across areas including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward, and Employee Experience. You will gain practical skills, build commercial awareness, and develop valuable professional capabilities that will support your future career.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Business Partnering
Provide administrative support across a range of HR activities, including onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records.
Assist with managing employee queries and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Support the delivery of induction programmes and onboarding activities for new joiners.
Assist HR professionals with ad hoc projects, reporting, and employee-related initiatives.
Talent & Learning
Support the planning and coordination of learning, development, and onboarding events.
Assist with maintaining and enhancing internal learning resources and communication platforms.
Provide administrative support for learning and development activities.
Conduct research into learning trends, tools, and best practices.
Reward
Provide administrative support for reward-related activities and projects.
Research market trends, compensation practices, and employee benefits initiatives.
Assist with data gathering and reporting activities.
Talent Acquisition
Support recruitment activities, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Assist with maintaining recruitment records and tracking hiring activity.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the candidate experience.
