Overview

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across multiple areas of Human Resources within a dynamic and professional business environment. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals, supporting a variety of people-focused activities and projects while developing a strong understanding of how HR contributes to organisational success.

The programme offers hands-on experience across areas including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward, and Employee Experience. You will gain practical skills, build commercial awareness, and develop valuable professional capabilities that will support your future career.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Business Partnering

  • Provide administrative support across a range of HR activities, including onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records.

  • Assist with managing employee queries and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

  • Support the delivery of induction programmes and onboarding activities for new joiners.

  • Assist HR professionals with ad hoc projects, reporting, and employee-related initiatives.

Talent & Learning

  • Support the planning and coordination of learning, development, and onboarding events.

  • Assist with maintaining and enhancing internal learning resources and communication platforms.

  • Provide administrative support for learning and development activities.

  • Conduct research into learning trends, tools, and best practices.

Reward

  • Provide administrative support for reward-related activities and projects.

  • Research market trends, compensation practices, and employee benefits initiatives.

  • Assist with data gathering and reporting activities.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support recruitment activities, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

  • Assist with maintaining recruitment records and tracking hiring activity.

  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the candidate experience.
