Title: Personal Assistant

Salary Range: Up to £38,000 
Reporting to: Senior Executive Assistant
Type: Permanent / Hybrid


Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to a Senior Executive Assistant and wider leadership team. This is a varied role offering exposure to senior stakeholders across the business, requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide extensive diary management support to senior executives and department heads, coordinating internal and external meetings, room bookings, and refreshments where required.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics and documentation are prepared in advance.
  • Take accurate minutes during committee meetings and other business meetings, recording key discussions and action points.
  • Provide administrative support for company secretarial and governance-related activities.
  • Assist with the preparation, formatting, and distribution of meeting packs, reports, and committee documentation.
  • Process and submit monthly expense claims for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for executives and employees when required.
  • Support the planning and delivery of corporate events, meetings, and business functions.
  • Assist with marketing and administrative activities, including ordering branded materials, stationery, and business cards, and supporting professional profile updates where required.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support, project assistance, and general office coordination as needed.

Background & Experience
  • Recent graduate or 1–2 years' experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or office support role.
  • Experience within financial services, insurance, or a professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Previous experience supporting senior stakeholders is beneficial.
