Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary Range: Up to £55,000
Reporting to: Head of Marketing & Communications
Type: Permanent


Overview:
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic marketing function, supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns that enhance brand visibility and promote products and services. The position is well-suited to an individual who enjoys a hands-on role across content, campaigns, and events, while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners. It plays a key part in ensuring consistent brand messaging and supporting business growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans and promotional campaigns aligned to business objectives
  • Create high-quality marketing content including brochures, presentations, email communications, website updates, and social media posts
  • Coordinate brand and design requests, liaising with external agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing materials
  • Provide project and campaign support, including activity coordination and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business on cross-functional initiatives and campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels in line with established guidelines
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of events and corporate activities
  • Compile and analyse marketing performance data, producing reports and insights to inform future activity
  • Maintain and support marketing processes and best practices documentation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and conduct standards
  • Promote inclusive and collaborative working practices in line with organisational values


What We're Looking For:
  • Degree or professional qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand activity
  • Strong written communication skills with proven ability to produce engaging content
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams


Desirable but Not Essential:
  • Experience within the insurance sector or a regulated environment
  • Experience working with external agencies or third-party suppliers
  • Awareness of digital marketing tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI
