Overview:
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic marketing function, supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns that enhance brand visibility and promote products and services. The position is well-suited to an individual who enjoys a hands-on role across content, campaigns, and events, while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners. It plays a key part in ensuring consistent brand messaging and supporting business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans and promotional campaigns aligned to business objectives
- Create high-quality marketing content including brochures, presentations, email communications, website updates, and social media posts
- Coordinate brand and design requests, liaising with external agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing materials
- Provide project and campaign support, including activity coordination and progress tracking
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business on cross-functional initiatives and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels in line with established guidelines
- Assist in the planning and delivery of events and corporate activities
- Compile and analyse marketing performance data, producing reports and insights to inform future activity
- Maintain and support marketing processes and best practices documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and conduct standards
- Promote inclusive and collaborative working practices in line with organisational values
What We're Looking For:
- Degree or professional qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand activity
- Strong written communication skills with proven ability to produce engaging content
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Desirable but Not Essential:
- Experience within the insurance sector or a regulated environment
- Experience working with external agencies or third-party suppliers
- Awareness of digital marketing tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI
