We have an opportunity for a permanent Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications department. You will report into the Marketing Executive and will be responsible for managing TMK’s company events (virtual and in-person) and corporate hospitality programme and providing operational support to the marketing and communications team.

This role includes responsibilities such as keeping the internal and external events planner up to date and uploading content on the intranet, website and social media. The role also involves producing detailed plans for events including timelines, venues,  suppliers, legal obligations, staffing requirements and budgets and implementing them Obtaining host and attendee feedback, compiling reports and measuring effectiveness against success measures is also involved.

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience within corporate event management. Qualifications in any marketing or communications related discipline are desirable. The successful candidate will essentially have strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with the business/manage external suppliers and will be a strong team player. Skills or experience in using design software (such as InDesign and PhotoShop) and running virtual events using Zoom are beneficial.
